Armenian Ambassador participated in a panel discussion of the 5th International Cyber Diplomacy Conference

On March 12, within the framework of the 5th International Cyber ​​Diplomacy Conference held in Bucharest, the Armenian Ambassador to Romania Tigran Galstyan participated in a panel discussion entitled "Scientific Diplomacy, Research and International Cooperation in the field of Dual-Use Technologies."

The discussion focused on diplomacy in the fields of science and innovation, international cooperation in the exchange of dual-use technologies, and their impact on national security interests.

The panel discussion also included speakers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Clara Vulintiru, the Ambassadors of Israel, Greece, and Morocco to Romania, representatives of the academic community, and experts.

In his speech, Ambassador Galstyan highlighted Armenia's international partnership and achievements in the fields of high technology and innovation, emphasizing the key role of diplomacy in fostering mutual trust and facilitating technology exchange between partner countries.
