Ambassador Tigran Galstyan had a meeting with Rareș Burlacu, President of the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade

On 27 May, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia in Romania, Tigran Galstyan, had a meeting with Rareș Burlacu, President of the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade․

During the meeting, references were made to the current situation of bilateral economic relations between Armenia and Romania and to the positive rates of trade turnover recorded in the last year, as well as the prospects of mutually beneficial economic initiatives within the framework of Armenia-EU partnership.

Both sides emphasized the importance of the works aimed at strengthening the economic-commercial relations of the two countries and, in this sense, the need to resume the works of the Armenian-Romanian Intergovernmental Joint Commission on Trade-Economic and Scientific-Technical cooperation.

Thoughts were exchanged on realization and expansion of bilateral economic potential, including deepening of exisitng contacts and establishment of new ties between business circles.
