Ambassador Tigran Galstyan had a meeting with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Ana Cristina Tinca.

On 27 March, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Romania, Tigran Galstyan, had a meeting with the newly-appointed State Secretary for Strategic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Ana Cristina Tinca.

The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics in the relations between the two friendly countries, based on common values and mutual interests. In this context, the importance of continuous growth of the dialogue at all levels, as well as the activation of inter-ministerial cooperation in various fields were emphasized.

Thoughts were exchanged on making maximum use of the existing prerequisites in the direction of the development of the Armenian-Romanian relations agenda in the conditions of the deepening of Armenia-EU partnership, including through the implementation of mutually beneficial programs aimed at increasing economic connectivity in the Black Sea region.

Referring to the regional security, Ambassador Galstyan emphasized the efforts made by the Republic of Armenia to address the existing challenges, highlighting the imperative of their support by all international partners interested in sustainable peace.
