Ambassador Tigran Galstyan had a meeting with Mihai Daraban, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania

On 21 March, Tigran Galstyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Romania had a meeting with Mihai Daraban, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

Issues related to the expansion of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, deepening of business ties were discussed at the meeting.

Both sides expressed their willingness to give a new impetus to the development of Armenian-Romanian cooperation in the field of economy and investments.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia presented to his Romanian interlocutor the steps taken to improve the business environment in Armenia, the possibilities of investment projects in different directions.

The profitability of Armenia's initiatives in the field of interconnectivity and new ways of transport communication from the point of view of the economic development of the Black Sea region were emphasized.

The parties also exchanged thoughts on the implementation of possible projects and events aimed at activation of Armenian-Romanian business contacts as well as cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries, including the involvement of other regional partners.
