Closing Ceremony of the Annual French Film Festival in Romania in cooperation with the Embassies of Armenia and France

The closing ceremony of the annual French Film Festival in Romania took place on March 28 at Bucharest. The Embassy of Armenia participated as a partner in the annual festival organized by the French Institute within the framework of events dedicated to Francophonie Day.

The festival concluded with the premiere of the Armenian-French co-production “Artois Land” at the Elvire Popescu Cinema in Bucharest. The event was welcomed by the Armenian Ambassador to Romania Tigran Galstyan and French Ambassador Nicolas Varnerin.

The film screening was preceded by a reception hosted by the Armenian and French embassies, which was attended by ambassadors and diplomats of Francophone countries accredited in Romania, Romanian officials and members of the parliament, cultural and public figures, as well as numerous representatives of the Romanian-Armenian community.
