Armenian Ambassador participated in the round table meeting titled “The Diplomatic Craft” within the framework of the Francophonie Summer University

On July 8, within the framework of the Francophonie Summer University held in Bucharest, Tigran Galstyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia 
to Romania, together with his counterparts from France, Lebanon, Greece, Morocco and Vietnam, participated as a speaker in a round table meeting entitled "The Craft of a Diplomat" 
with the participants of the summer university.

The roundtable discussion focused on the importance of diplomacy in addressing contemporary challenges in international relations, and the current transformation of the diplomatic activity.

The Armenian Ambassador emphasized the key role of the personal qualities of future diplomats in discerning the common interests of peoples and societies and bridging them.

The discussion was followed by the Q&A session with the students, during which the ambassadors answered a wide range of questions.

A large group of students from Armenia participated in the summer university organized by the Central and Eastern Europe Regional Office of the International Organization of Francophonie 
held in Bucharest from May 6 to 13. Participants of this year's Francophonie Summer University received "Year of Charles Aznavour" certificates of graduation.

On July 9, the participants representing Armenia at the Francophonie Summer University were also hosted at the Armenian Embassy in Romania.
