Ambassador Tigran Galstyan hosted Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, Director General of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute

On 3 July, Tigran Galstyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Romania hosted Liliana Popescu-Bîrlan, Director General of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute.

The interlocutors discussed the course of cooperation between the Diplomatic School of Armenia and the Diplomatic Institute of Romania, attaching importance to the continuous deepening of the ties between the two institutions through the implementation of joint programs and mutual visits of experts.

References were made to the security challenges in the Black Sea region and the efforts of the Republic of Armenia aimed at ensuring economic interconnectivity.

The importance of the active involvement of experts from the Romanian Diplomatic Institute was emphasized in the context of the further strengthening of Armenian-Romanian friendly relations and the deepening of Armenia – EU partnership.
