Ambassador Tigran Galstyan met with Amira Mihailescu, National correspondent for Francophonie, MFA of Romania

On 16 May, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Romania, Tigran Galstyan met with Amira Mihailescu, National coordinator for Francophonie of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.

The prospects of the development of bilateral relations in the field of Francophonie were discussed at the meeting, emphasizing the strengthening and expansion of cooperation within the framework of the programs implemented by the International Organization of Francophonie and the University Agency of Francophonie, located in Bucharest.

Cooperation between higher educational institutions of Armenia and Romania aimed at the promotion of Francophonie and mutual student visit programs, including the active participation of Armenian students in the Francophone summer university gathering in Bucharest this year, were noted with appreciation.

Both sides expressed their willingness to implement joint programs and events in the field of Francophonie and to activate cooperation in this regard.
